The SNA app is digital, but the rules of fair housing were set by real experts
Behind the SNA app you won't find anonymous coders from Silicon Valley. We're people from Slovakia who, after 15 years in real estate, said enough to outdated procedures, paperwork and uncertainty. We built the system the market was missing.
We're digitising the real-estate market
Transparency without compromise
We reject hidden fees. Our system ensures the tenant knows exactly what they're paying for, and the landlord has a clear picture of the net yield from day one.
Technology that serves, not annoys
Housing shouldn't be a bureaucratic obstacle. We fully digitalized contracts, protocols and payment control, so you can handle everything in a few clicks.
Humanity in a digital world
Although most processes are run by the system, at the end of the day there's always a real person who understands your situation and is ready to help you at any time.
Need more from real estate than just renting?
The Slovak Rental Agency is a technology specialist for rentals. But if you're considering selling a property, buying an investment flat or looking for premium marketing, turn to our parent office. The experts at Korijkov & Agents will provide you with comprehensive real-estate services.

The whole concept of the Slovak Rental Agency was born in the field, on ordinary viewings. Over years of practice, our professional guarantor Ľubo Korijkov noticed how much needless admin and fear of non-payers ties landlords' hands.
Juliána, our rental specialist, dealt daily with chaos in paper protocols and ambiguities when handing over flats.
And Ira spent hours connecting people whose requirements, due to poor communication, never actually met.
Instead of adapting to a broken market, we decided to rebuild it from the ground up. We took our knowledge, invested in development and moved property management into the 21st century. Today we jointly make sure every single rental in your phone is safe, fast and 100% professional.
